The Louisville Grotto is the local chapter of the National Speleological Society. We are dedicated to cave exploration, education, and conservation. We are a very active group and usually have a beginner/medium level wild cave trip every month. If you are interested in finding out if you are interested in caving we recommend that you join us for a few trips and see whether it is up your alley. Our open meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at the Bon Air Branch of the Louisville Free Public Library at 7pm in Louisville.
